The Best Games to Play When You Are Visiting the Park

Posted by Chris Carter on

By now we all will have heard the fantastic news that lockdown will soon begin lifting and we can start meeting up in groups of 6 again just in time for summer!

Unfortunately, we all still need to keep 2 metres apart. So to help you kill more time until we can all start meeting at each others houses, or indoors, we suggest some low cost games for you to enjoy in the meantime.

Although we can't catch up on holidays we have been on recently and we have all probably spent large amounts of time together already, to fill the time www.puzzles-and-games.com recommend the below titles to keep you nice and busy with plenty of laughs to go along!

These games are best played in the park with members of the same household, or simply at home.

3. Just One

If you are looking for fun games to play while at the park, Just One fits the bill perfectly. This award winning game (not just any award, the Spiel des Jahres, the most prestigious award any game can win!) is great for both the sunny outdoors and indoors. Just One is a cooperative party game in which players work together to find as many mystery words as possible.

It is a brilliantly simple game and very addictive to play, so comes highly recommended and is fun for all ages, an ideal game for a family picnic or catching up with long-since-seen friends.

2. Cards Against Humanity

This game is for grown ups and in each round, one player draws a black card and reads the question or statement. The other players must use their white cards to fill in the blanks and create what they think is the funniest answer.

Cards Against Humanity is the UKs best selling adult card game since the invention of cards and we recommend giving it pride of place on one of your shelves is you haven't already. This best selling has been aroudn for a long time and no doubt will continue to serve as a dark humoured solution to most of life's woes lockdown or not.

Cards Against Humanity is also soon releasing a family friendly edition in the coming months, sign up to our newsletter in the footer below so we can let you know when it arrives!

1. Dobble

The UK's #1 selling game is undoubtedly the winner in this weeks rankings. It is fantastically fun game for all ages from young to old. Dobble is a fantastic game to play while at the park. Battle one and other to match the correct pictures to one and other and is a perfect sit down delight.

The smash-hit observation game where players race to match the identical symbol between cards. Reliant on a sharp eye and quick reflexes, Dobble creates excitement for children and adults alike while keeping every player involved in the action.
