Delivery is FREE for all orders over the value of £30.00 and £3 for orders under this value to mainland UK. From time to time we may remove postal charges for promotional purposes.
48 hour delivery has been running well but shoppers are reminded this service is reduced and can take longer during busy periods such as Christmas and Black Friday.

Return of damaged, faulty or wrongly ordered goods
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so that we can arrange for your faulty goods to be collected and immediately dispatch a new consignment at no additional cost to you. If you do not want the faulty goods replaced then we will collect them and issue you a full refund.
Should we inadvertently dispatch the wrong goods, please notify us immediately so that we may rectify the problem at no additional cost to you. We will collect the wrongly sent goods and we will either send the correct goods or give you a full refund.
If you inadvertently order the wrong products and do not realise until delivered. Please notify us and we will arrange to collect and deliver the correct products. We reserve the right to charge carriage in this case. We will be happy to quote should this situation arise.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Refunds and Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 working days after receipt with out giving a reason. We will either make collection arrangements or you can return unused goods to us for a refund. Should we need to arrange for collection, a charge will need to be made to recover our carriage costs. Collection charges only apply to unwanted goods, faulty goods will always be collected at no charge.
We hope you will not have any complaints but if you do please contact us immediately and we promise to respond to your complaint fairly and in confidence. We will contact you within, at most, 2 working days and give you a timescale for full resolution of your dispute.

As a business we want to do business the right way. Our customers can always buy from us in the comfort we maintain the highest ethical standards and protect our planet from waste and emissions. We therefore only stock from companies committed to reducing the amount of plastic in their packaging and supply chain and use only sustainable, recyclable packaging for deliveries.
Additionally, we believe customers should feel comfortable the shops they buy from treat their staff and their suppliers well. We are committed to paying – at a minimum - a living wage to all employees, moreover, we will not use delivery companies that fail to ensure guaranteed wages and pensions for their employees.
As a result of our commitment and following review of all potential suppliers, all of our deliveries for 2020 are to be distributed by Royal Mail.
